Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are picked, packed and handed over to the carrier on the same day (Mon-Fri). You will receive an automated email - on the same day, after 7 p.m. - with the invoice and the tracking number.

Registration

• first login via email verification;
• enter your email and click on "continue". If this retailer email is stored, the portal recognizes this as a B2B customer. If the email is not stored, a B2C account will be created automatically (no orders possible). In such a case, please contact customer service;
• confirm the link in the email you received and create your password;
• You are now logged in;

• enter your email and click on "continue". If this dealer email is already in the system, the portal recognizes you as a B2B customer. If this is not the case, a B2C account is automatically created (no orders possible). Please contact our customer service for further assistance;
• confirm the link via the received e-mail and create your password;
• You are now logged in;
